Mr. Heffner has over 15 years of investment experience. At Ajia Partners, Mr. Heffner was a General Partner, Chief Investment Officer and Founder of the Ajia Partners Fund of Funds Group. The Ajia Partners Asian Opportunity Fund has consistently been ranked by Eurekahedge among the best performing funds in 2008, 2007, 2006 and 2005. Mr. Heffner has managed assets on behalf of BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Kleinwert Benson, Royal Bank of Canada, family offices and pension funds in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Ajia Partners, Mr. Heffner was a Managing Director for the Novel TMT, part of the Novel Group based in Hong Kong. Mr. Heffner was responsible for all TMT investments, including direct investments, investments in private equity funds, hedge fund and listed equities. Mr. Heffner started his career as an Associate Director at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Heffner graduated with a MBA from Columbia Business School and Honors in Asian Studies from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Paul also serves as the President of the Columbia University Alumni Association in Hong Kong. Mr. Heffner is also a regular speaker on investing in Asia at conferences as well as on CNBC Asia and Bloomberg.
