Dr. Hugo Chan has developed and maintained strong personal and commercial relationships with people, corporations, and governments throughout his 30 years of legal practice in Hong Kong and China. He is currently a Partner at the Law Firm of Liau, Ho & Chan, a member of the Mainland Legal Affairs Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong, Legal Advisor to the City of Shenzhen in China, and was a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Shenzhen and Changchun.

Dr. Chan serves as a Member of the Election Committee of the Chief Executive of Hong Kong, Chairman of Hong Kong Character City Movement, and the Founding Vice President of Hong Kong Professionals & Senior Executives Association. He is also the Chairman of IARFC Hong Kong & Macau which promotes the professional training of Registered Financial Consultants.

Formerly the Host of a weekly TV program on ATV Hong Kong, he is a popular speaker on motivational and leadership topics for corporations and insurance companies. Dr. Chan is actively involved in cultural and community services programs and media publication. He is also the National Director of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International in Hong Kong.

Dr. Chan is a graduate of Law from the University of Southampton, England and was conferred an Honorary Doctor Degree of Letters (D. Litt) by Olivet Nazarene University of the USA.
